Diwali special- Maharashtrian Moong laddu (Mugache laadoo)

Simple and addictive... and ready in 25 minutes max. 

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

(My mom usually roasts whole green moong seeds and then grinds them in a mixer. I took the shortcut. Bought green moong flour from the grocer's and lightly roasted it).

  2. Hehehe... I made dahi-wadas today. I guess I can cook reasonably when not under pressure.
    We are not pressure cookers!
